Red raspberry can be eaten raw in a salad, salsa, dessert, butter, beverage and cooked in dessert, fruit sauce, or soup. The berry is round, fragrant, tart and sweet. High in antioxidants. Leaves are mildly sour, mineral rich tonic (calcium, iron, magnesium), astringent.
